"I'm actually surprised there are so many negative reviews here. I've lived in the building for 18 months, and we've had minimal issues. There were some growing pains when we first moved in, but I think that comes with moving into a brand new building. There's been some recent drilling for "repairs" that's been a nuisance, but overall the Magnolia is a great building! I've noticed that management has been more and more communicative with residents, which is much appreciated, and there has been more of an effort to rectify issues. Any time we put in a maintenance request, it's handled by the next day. There are sometimes issues with residents that have dogs (accidents in the elevator/letting their dogs in the courtyard), but management has thankfully cracked down on those who ignore the rules. The concierges at our front desk are absolutely amazing as well. We've recently renewed our lease, and I'm confident we'll continue to enjoy our experience here."

"The worst living experience we've ever had. It's like living in a dog kennel with the amount of excessive barking and all the off-leash dogs. Management is unresponsive, never follows up on reported issues and responds back with some copy/paste answer. They truly do not care about their tenants or the state of the building (it's filthy!). Bait and switch. The front desk staff is the best part of living here and the only reason I'd give this place a star."

"I do not recommend this place. Think twice before you want to move in. I am glad i finally got to move out. One star for the helpful and nice front desk staff. Zero star for the management, took months to give your deposit back, deducted money, never informing you any reason but just go ahead process it subjectively. Carelessly remove decorations from the wall. They did it so rigorously simply knowing you will be the person who is responsible for the damage. If you want to adjust your leash they charge you huge amounts of money times higher than average price in the market. Leasing office is very chaotic, not on top of everything, you have to follow up couple times to make sure they desl with your request. My important packages gone disappeared but nobody in the office trying to help or communicate with two front desks. There is no gym as promised when i had the visiting tour. You have to pay for the gym downstairs owned by another company, and as a resident you get pathetic little discount of the gym membership, unless you bought the condo you got a year free of membership. Swimming pool is more for just decoration. Closed more than half of the year. The garden is strictly pet free because the condo office prioritize their customers over residents who just “rent” but not “buy” the property."
