"I’ve lived here at Greenway Place for 3 years and its only has gotten . Recently I had a small maintenance problem And it was addressed the very next day. The Management people are very helpful and very friendly. The face of the neighborhood is changing its become a very nice place to live."

"I had an apartment tour scheduled for 2pm yesterday. At noon, I get a text apologizing for cancelling the tour last minute. I was three hours into a four hour drive to see this apartment so I ask if there is anyway I can still see it. The guy goes oh yeah I'm just a little under the weather, my coworker can show it to you at 3pm (did you not ask them before canceling??? also did you not know you were sick until right this moment??). Great, I show up at 3pm outside the apartment. Nobody shows up and after 20 minutes I text the guy and start calling their different office phone numbers with no answer. I go back to my car and at about 3:45 I decide to start my four hour drive back home, so I can at least be home before dark. I get a call fifteen minutes later from the woman I was supposed to meet saying she was waiting in the office for me. I have no idea where this office is, I was only ever told to meet directly outside of the apartment. Also, you waited an hour before trying to contact me?? So unprofessional and a waste of time."

"I was a co-signer for my daughter and this apartment has taken our application fees without any form of communication in the process. It’s been weeks and now the apartment she applied for doesn’t seem to be available anymore. They continue to list apartments without following up with existing applicants. I’m not sure if this is a scam to make money, but the way management proceeds appears as such. To anyone who desires to be a resident here beware of these early signs of poor management."

"Was searching for an apartment. I wanted to give up on this place because it was so hard to get ahold of someone. We finally did and set a tour time for 12pm on 6/20. When we arrived no one was there. We called both numbers multiple times, knocked on the office doors and still no response. Even better, there was a women literally trapped in her apartment, that was right next to the leasing office, because the door was broken! She was asking US to get in contact with the property managers because they weren’t picking up her calls. Still haven’t heard back from anyone at this place.. would not waste your time with it."
