"Having stayed here earlier, we decided to stagy again and not try any other hotel. BIG MISTAKE. The air conditioning is so noisy that you can not sleep. The maintenance guy informed all rooms are like this because the AC units are very old worn out motors."

"Not sure how this is a 4-star property; the room was very dated and shows a lot of wear in places. I was in disbelief at the condition of the parking structure as well— how is that still standing? Service encounters were great, however, and the cafe stand in the lobby was clutch. Very nice location as well, of course, and the proximity to campus was the reason we stayed."

"Great hotel, great rooms. Only downside was sharing the elevator with some drunk syracuse ladies. One was practically stripping in the elevator. She spilt a drink on her shirt, and was literally waiting to get in the elvator to remove it. Not what I expected to be apart of on my trip. But that's kinda what you should expect being next to campus."

"Location was great as it’s basically on campus. The rooms were fine, nothing fantastic but not bad either. I did request daily cleaning at check-in, but no one cleaned the room at all during my weekly stay. I’m sure if I called the desk someone would have come, but I ended up just being fine without it. I just thought it was odd that I was asked if I wanted cleaning, I said yes, and I still did not receive it."

"Wow! Here for a conference and such an amazing experience so far. My flight came in early, shuttle picked me up, and I waited at the restaurant over lunch for room to be ready. They were kind enough to watch my luggage, and got me in my room early and gave me an upgrade! This is my first night and service is impeccable. I highly recommend! I made a comment about not wanting to walk too far around to find dinner due to the rain and not having an umbrella and the young lady working the desk gave me her umbrella to borrow! Clean, comfortable rooms, very secure, If I come back to Syracuse, I am absolutely staying here. KUDOS to hotel staff!"
