"Not bad for the area. Staff was helpful for the most part, their English is not great so communication is a little difficult at times. The housekeepers are helpful but don't do such a good job. I would suggest to keep your shoes on while in your room."

"The fact that after taxes and fees it costs $98 a night for one room. The "room" is literally a king size bed, one small end table, one small table with only one chair, a dresser, mini fridge, microwave and the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen! Almost everything you can think of in the room is beyond dirty and disgusting. Nasty mystery stains all over the bedding, the dirtiest looking air conditioner that comes out of a whole in the wall and it doesn't even work. Shower curtain has stains all over it and everything is so outdated. Also, not to mention that the guy that checked us in was very rude and the tiny front desk area smelled so bad. The entire place just looks so sketchy and unsafe. I wouldn't recommend this place to literally anyone! You would be better off at a homeless shelter."

"The staff are very rude, not child friendly at all. Rooms are nasty, they have a severe mice problem and they’re the definition of roach motel so bring totes with you if you wanna have any food there"

"Both the main staff and the cleaning crew were very nice. The room was pretty amazing For this area, and there are much worse place. I stayed for 3 nights and had no problems at all. If I ever do come by this area of Syracuse again I’ll definitely go here. Overall enjoyed it a lot !"
