"Comparable quality and better value to another respected franchise a block away.. Clean and convenient proximity to St Joseph’s hospital. The manager, Stephanie, was very accommodating to my special requests to minimize unnecessary charges caused by timing uncertainty of a loved one’s passing which was much appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"Do not come to this hotel if you plan on spending anytime in your room. I stayed here for a week while working in Syracuse and I have NEVER been to a hotel that offers such few channels on TV. There is about 20 channels to choose from and 15 of them are infomercial channels. I mean honestly if I had brought my kid here and this is what they offered I would be highly upset. I've watched my phone every night because there is honestly nothing to watch on these TVs. Maybe doesn't seem like a big deal but when your here for work and after roofing in the cold all day you want to relax and watch TV in your room, it makes a huge difference and honestly ruined my entire stay. Do better best western, which such a fancy main lobby and location this is the best TV package you could offer? Pathetic"

"My brother and I stayed here, because it was close to the airport and The Song and Dance venue, where we went to a concert. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to a suite, at no extra cost. The room was very nice, clean, spacious and quiet. It came with a kitchenette, living room, sleeper sofa, and separate bedroom with a King size bed. The room was clean, and provided nice views, overlooking the city. It was really quiet, which was great because I needed a good night's sleep in order to catch my flight the next morning. I love that checkout was at noon, but unfortunately had to leave sooner to get to the airport. This hotel was very nice and is convenient to restaurants and in walking distance to places. Parking on the street was convenient as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and would stay here again."

"Wow- Best Western has gotten a bad reputation in the last 10 years or so, this location breaks that mold! This is hands down the BESTBest Western we have ever stayed at. The location was excellent, inside was VERY clean, rooms were updated and tidy and hotel team was friendly and accommodating. We spoke with Holly at our check in and you can tell she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in her job. The gym was nice and had clean and new work out gear, with water and TVs. If you’re booking a stay in Syracuse I 100% recommend this hotel."

"I was there for a wedding, which was walking distance from the hotel. Couldn't ask for better. My only regret is I had to cancel one night for personal reasons as I would have loved to stay another night. From the check-in (kudos to the 9/2 reception folks - Neau...? and a young woman) to checkout (even on the elevator- hotel employees prepping rooms), everyone friendly and helpful. I had a very spacious suit, bed and pillow were extremely comfortable; all very clean. Elevators are slow; I used the stairs a number of times and parking is a challenge. I can't compare to any other hotels in the area but if you want to go in and out with your car, you must leave your license and get a fob to access the gates. I was fortunate to park in the small lot behind hotel and did not move my car until leaving. Breakfast was good; spicy hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, cereals, fruits, pastry - typical "included breakfast" but all very good. I would stay there again."
