"Was told there is laundry in the building, but it's actually two apartment places away. The garbage is over a Mile away. If you want a dog it's gotta be 20lbs even though there are more than one dog roaming around over that weight. And oh, if you love the smell of weed it's the perfect place for you. And apparently we are back to 1990 because you have to pay for rent through a freaking check."

"My husband and I have been living here for almost two years and I honestly think it’s the better place to live in Syracuse. Our apartment is so nice and new, the employees around here are super friendly and helpful, especially Eileen and Tracy who have always been willing to help. The maintenance guys work super good, fast and efficiently. The neighbor is also really calm and safe. We couldn’t be happier!!"

"I absolutely love living here. Everyone is nice, management/maintenance is very accommodating, and being a small single female, alone in a bigger city, this was the utmost importance to me. I always felt SAFE here. Price is fair for everything you're getting, AND they allow animals for no addition fees. It was just a perfect place for me and my kitties, and being close to everything made the location very convenient. Can't say enough good things about this place, I have no bad things to say at all. Tennis courts, built in AC, dishwasher, swimming pool, storage units, laundry on site, maintenance and emergency maintenance, management was always open and available corresponding to their hours and they allow pets. Wonderful safe place to live."

We had a great walk-through, and Tracy showed us 4 different apartments, she was so nice and polite and answered all our concerns.
