"Stayed in room 103 from 1/19/24-1/21/24. Clean room. Only recommendation I have for the room is to deep clean the carpet. Other than that, very clean. Definitely reasonably priced for a weekend stay. I have been staying at this hotel on and off for the past year or so. Definitely my go to when my job requires me to get a room. Have not tried the breakfast yet due to me catching up on my sleep. Quiet spot. Will continue to stay here when need be."

"Excellent Hotel. Best Price to Value in the area. Easily beats the other high-end hotels in the vicinity. Rooms are clean & comfortable. All fixtures are in working condition. Staff is super friendly. They have taken care of small things like on site atm & a drinking water station so you don't have to go out to get stuff. Nice breakfast. Coffee machine can be better with more options like Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate, Latte etc. This will be our goto hotel anytime we are in Syracuse."

"Clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed for 2 nights and experienced EXCEPTIONAL customer service! The staff ensured that there were still all breakfast choices even though breakfast was done in 20 min. The front desk guy searched every door in the front desk to find a safety pin for me. Good customer service is still alive and well! ☺️ Thank you to all the staff that made for an enjoyable stay!"

"On our way to the hotel we were a little concerned because the area didn’t look the greatest. We were happy when we arrived to see that the hotel itself looked nice and safe. I really enjoyed the bed, had a great night’s sleep. My friend didn’t enjoy her bed, she didn’t get much sleep and it hurt her back. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. It was quiet and staff were friendly. We stayed here as a stopping point on our drive to Massachusetts. I would stay here again if necessary in that kind of situation. The price couldn’t be beat!"
