"Best suite ever . Very clean love the separate bedroom . Could have used a casserole pan , only two pots and 1 skillet . But I'm very happy with the suite in whole .I know where I'll be staying Everytime I come back to Syracuse."

"Enjoy this place every time my wife and I stay, they are often on various travel apps at a nicely discounted rate and they have a beautiful setup that is handicap friendly, and bring your party gear and steaks, they have a covered poolside grilling area for use all day and night. Most of the staff is made up of people that make this place a real value. They are very kind, informative and accommodating and make it worth coming here no matter the price. Although there is one woman who makes it her personal mission to make sure to ruin your stay. Its unfortunate people like her can take a positive and turn it into a big negative, for continuity well call her Karen. Aside from this individual, Call it 5 star service at 3 star prices lol... breakfast is actually breakfast with plentiful options for everyone, everything you need to start your day.... and it's FREEEE!!"

"Excellent on everything. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel rooms are more like little apartments than actually rooms. Very clean. Good breakfast. Loved the pumpkin spice waffles. And the scrambled eggs. Gotta love the kitchenette! With a full size Refrigerator, stove, and apartment size dishwasher. They have a great pet policy with a reasonable pet fee 25.00 a/day and were fantastic about ESA animals. With registration and a doctor's letter. We stayed for 6 days and had no complaints."

"Reasonably priced, comfortable and easily accessible. My family of four stayed in a two bedroom suite that was spacious and designed well. There was a big bathroom and closet with each bedroom. The bathrooms were outdated compared to the bedrooms and living space but everything was functional. I found everything to be clean in our suite. The suite floors were all bare wood, no carpeting, which I prefer as you can tell if the floor has been cleaned. The staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The woman running the breakfast was very busy bringing food out but kindly helped guests when they asked for something."

"Our room smelled like a mix of old dampness & stale cigarette smoke from decades ago. The shower/tub had clearly NOT been cleaned before our arrival. The prior guest's masticated bar of soap was stuck to the shower wall shelf, & the tub was disgusting and in dire need of bleach. We asked the front desk person if the cleaning crew could address the tub issues, but the response was only "I'll do the best I can, but we lost 2 cleaning team people, so..." Needless to say, we were stuck with that tub's nasty condition. The bed appeared clean and was comfortable. We liked the layout of the room because we could close the bedroom door to further block out any unwanted hallway noise (didn't notice any). Front desk staff was courteous."
