"I was told a certain price that was it no + utilities so I literally go through the process of signing up with The Guarantors insurance paid my fee and when I go to Grant Village office to sign for the lease I'm hit with I have to pay these utilities set up this set up that.I can't afford what there asking so im out 20 application fee plus another 100 for signing up with insurance which i now have to cancel. Horrible experience and bad communication in there office."
"Worst place I’ve ever rented from. It’s dirty out dated loud and there is a lot of crime including murder. Even if you are a good quiet tenant who pays their rent they still find reasons to bother you and fine you. The leasing office is constantly leaving letters on your door about nonsense. Save your money and move somewhere respectable"
"I live in lived in Grant Village apartments for 10 years never once was late on rent and then all the sudden my lease was not renewed my apartment is very clean I live there with my two kids I am a veteran on Social Security and with no well 3 months notice not renewing my lease because I complained about the sewage in the basement all the time the the cockroaches in the apartment on top of all the drug dealers that live there and drugs that go on in the parking lotsand and then legally evicted me because I complain about this, because totally devastating to me andanndthat my lease was not renewed this was totally devastating to me aahI'm in the middle of waiting for surgerythe manager Brittany will smile in your face and screw you over in aheart beat don't move there you'll regretit"
"Been here 11 years going on 12, this place had full staff replaced like three times since I been here. Supposedly they check your credit, rent history and references. But if you live here now or just take a walk around the neighborhood, all you smell is weed, you see people roaming around the trash, now there is mice in my building, not to mention the so wonderful neighbors upstairs up all night doing drugs bring their friends over and I’m pretty sure they are dealing as well, Management response anytime it’s brought to their attention is call the police. Yet they continue renting to these individuals because their rent is being paid by some type of program. They don’t care of the safety of good people or the fact that these people are being danger to our neighborhood, our cars are being destroyed, you have squatters in the basements can’t tell you last time i gone to the basement, also they don’t paint, replace your rugs, and if you do ask for these thing you have to empty your entire apartment for them to do so. Maintenance workers are nice the girls at the office are nice too , but not sure of whoever decides to rent these apartments is really renting to good respectful potential tenants!!! It seems it’s all about the money !!"
