Palace Court Apartments

"These apartments are not worth 1200$ a month plus other things. We'd have to hear construction across from us and above us since we moved in. They don't tell you their doing construction early in the morning to 8pm or later sometimes. The laundry room also has issues and the won't fix it we been complaining about it since we moved in in July. The new management is awful. The "construction" workers aren't legit either just random people doing repairs and leaving stuff all throught the hallway downstairs of our building. Never move here unless you want zero sleep and zero peace and quit while your trying to sleep. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could."

"They're charging us $1,200 for a 1 bedroom because it's been "renovated". The work is done by unprofessional workers who aren't even employed by any contractors or any reputable company. Since I've moved here in June, they've been doing non stop construction on all of the units around us. We hear extremely loud construction from 7am until 8pm EVERY SINGLE DAY. Their washers and dryers take your money and don't work, and management tells you to deal with it. For anyone that would like videos, pictures and screenshots of our landlords messages, I will gladly share my phone number with you and show you everything. If I could give the place 0 stars, I would. Soon as my lease is up, I'm out of here."

"Have been living here a wile never felt so safe to live her like since suburban management took over and renovated the building and property with new safe and quiet tenants. They have a great response with any issues we have ever had"

"Lots of improvements happening here. New management re-did lobbies, entries, lighting, and more. With this location it’s a great deal in apartment options"

"Palace court apartments are too much money now ever since they got new owners and remodeling. Now kicking people out so they remodel the apartments is just wrong to do . So happy that we moved out today and moving to Charlotte north carolina tomorrow. Horrible owners"
