"This is the cleanest place and most comfortable beds you'll find for miles around. It's hard to get so close to Prospect Park and Flatbush Ave and find reasonable lodging prices. Don't waste money on so-called luxuries at big hotels that don't have much personal touch. Save it by staying here in the heart of town, and have a nice little breakfast to start your adventure too!"

The rooms are great and decorated so nicely. The bathroom is always clean and well stocked up of anything you could need. Fran is always willing to help in anyway she can. "I was blown away by how great the Imperial Stay was! It’s hard to find affordable accommodations in NYC specifically Brooklyn that aren’t trashy. The Imperial Stay was affordable, also clean and well organized. My room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom is extremely and well maintained. The continental breakfast was amazing!! Host Fran does a great job making sure this is a pleasant place to stay. Will definitely look to stay here next time I am in the city.
