"we were having a good time until the second day the girl at the reception told us that we had to change rooms, they did NOT give us an explanation. They moved us to a room belonging to some guests who had not yet checked out, so we had to leave our luggage in the staff room. The room we were occupying is now occupied by other guests. The room they moved us to is smaller, bad view and dirty, especially the walls, the walls are disgusting.This situation is very unprofessional, moving guests because they feel like it is not correct, I do not recommend it at all."

"Please do NOT stay here. Please stay somewhere else. I’ve stayed in literally a thousand hotels & hostels in my life in all continents. But I’ve never stayed in a place worse than this. Terrible. Just terrible 1. The place is just so dirty. Stick floor, unwashed toilet floor 2. Terrible sheets and pillows. Stain on the blanket 3. No kettle in the room 4. Worst internet in the world. Terrible speed and connection 5. Forget about the breakfast they provide 6. It’s quite a walking distance from the subway, especially at night 7. Worst curtains I’ve seen"

"This was not a very good hotel experience from start to finish. The free onsite parking advertised is only 2 very tight spots under the building. I could barely get my SUV through the corridor to park it and was not able to pull it all the way up in the spot. The rooms are tiny. The air conditioning didn't work in the room. They said the temp is controlled and regulated for the whole building but it was disgustingly hot in our room. The room wasn't very clean. There was a hole in the bathroom door, no handle on the shower door and some toilet paper shoved in the peephole that had been there for quite some time from the look of it. During the middle of the afternoon the guests across the hall were making animal-like bedroom noises so loud that my daughter and I had to take a walk to avoid listening to that any longer. The last night of our stay I received a call from the front desk at 10pm that I needed to move my car. They had us arrange our cars to fit 4 cars in the spot meant for 2 small cars, meaning I was blocked in by other cars. In the morning when I was ready to check out, they had to call to wake the other guests to move their cars so I was able to leave. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is it is in a decent location close to many of the big tourist attractions in NYC."
