Super 8 by Wyndham Hamburg 5442 Camp Road, Hamburg, NY 14075

"This place was horrible. The room that they gave us was not clean I had friends staying in another room and they told me that there was a lady that stayed in the room before us and she had a horrible infection and it was contagious and we didn't belive this at first until we entered the room, there were toe nails all over the floor and the bed had blood on it there was puss all over are sheets and pillow cases. We told the front desk about this and we asked for new sheets and they told us there was nothing they could do about it. The service was very horrible the manager was very rude. And there was all ways people screaming in the middle of the night there was this little girl would always randomly go missing and we would tell the front office and they said that it was not their problem and they did not care. The place smelled horrible like cigarettes and dead fish I do not recommend coming here"

"No breakfast although it’s advertised. Rachet people that trash the halls. You give linens to be washed but don’t receive them back. Only one washer and dryer that are both pretty much worthless. Everyone there is dss. The owner is pretty cool and I’m sure he’d rather things be a little different then they currently are but nevertheless it doesn’t seem like it’s going to change around there anytime soon."

"It is fairly hard to leave this review because I have stayed here many times and most times have been good. The desk worker has always been the same and the prices online have always been the same but if you don't book the room online they make up whatever price they want when you walk in. My last visit there I ended up paying $160 for a room I used for 5 hours max and I do believe that because I came in so late (4am unexpected but needed stop) it made the desk worker mad so he just gave me a random price. This has happened twice. Other than that I have never paid more than $60 for these rooms. The rooms are what you'd expect from such a low price hotel, fairly quiet and the workers are always nice (as long as they're not tripling room prices)."

"We stayed one night, needing somewhere close to the Canadian border for our trip home in the morning. As far as a Super 8 or similar class of motel goes, this location was just what I would expect. The rooms were clean and quiet, if a bit outdated. The breakfast was simple, fresh, and plentiful. Check in and checkout were fast and easy. And the staff were friendly."

"The manger is a hard worker and take care of our needs especially having a service dog. House keeping is excellent. They make sure the room is clean and if we have fresh clean sheets and towels. Not to mention the rooms are big. The laundry washes the clothes excellent though they a little pricey. My family and I are a long stay and I have yet to be disappointed."
