"Management is horrible. Very unprofessional and rude. Worst management team since I have lived here. They flat out ignore you if you own. Last winter the plows destroyed my lawn and I was told in the spring "we are waiting for the weather to break". I guess they are still waiting for the weather to break because it is now the end of October and it still has not been fixed. I emailed them to let them know that the walkway is cracked and a tripping hazard and no response. They are letting anyone in and the kids have zero respect for any of the residents. The kids walk and ride bikes down the middle of the road and don't move out of the way of the moving cars. And the language that comes out of these kids mouths is disgusting!"

"They require any applicants who have cats to have them declawed which is illegal since 2019. States it on their website."

"We moved out of there because we couldn't afford the $950 rent then I got a bill for $5,000 for clean up I thought a portion of your rent want for clean up and replace appliances"

"We bought a new home here last year. It's a very quiet park and maintenance is very good. I heard they will be putting more new homes in and there are also homes you can rent. I'm so glad we moved here instead of Eagle Crest or Brook Gardens."

"this is a very quite place to live, the management does work had to care for its residents needs. Cory is always willing to lend a hand to help, neighbors are quite and most keep to themselves . They do raise the rent every year, i do not know what for but its only by 10-20$ which is not bad. You can pay month to month, or buy and just pay a lot rent. They are willing to work with you and try to get you into your new home! They did not sand or salt this year, but they kept the roads clear. The only thing i have an issue with is i work nights, and during winter months the roads here are not plowed during late night hours for the night workers."
