"I have been a resident at Maplewood Estates for the last year now and truly have nothing but nice things to say. The units themselves are up to date and we'll maintained. With the huge storm we had, maintenance was on it to immediately get the snow removed! Any time I had an issue, maintenance fixed it very quickly! I am sad to say that Maplewood just isn't in my price range anymore and I had to make the decision to move. Karen, Dana, and Donna were the most empathetic towards my situation, and did everything they could to make sure I felt comfortable with my moving out process. This is definitely a wonderful property to live at, and I would recommend it to anyone who asked! Thank you for being my home for the last year!"

"Update: My son put in a request for maintenance while we were there 2 weeks ago, and I would like to commend the management and maintenance as both issues were addressed and repaired in less than a week. Thank you!!!!! My son is a tenant here and has nothing but nice things to say about his neighbors and the management. We have been to visit a few times. The property is well maintained and cleaned. Karen one of the managers has been very helpful and accommodating to my son. This is his second apartment on his own he is younger and stationed in the military in Buffalo it has been a wonderful experience for his first time being on his own. I can’t thank Maplewood management enough for making it such an easy transition for him. He loves to sit out on his porch and walk the complex. Over the summer he utilized the polls and grills. Everyone from employees to tenants are so friendly."

"256 units share one dumpster. Amenities are $70 a month regardless of access to it. It includes a pool that isn’t ever open, soccer nets that have a hole in it, sad putting greens. It’s a very depressing place to live here"
