"This is one of the worst apartments to try to live at because they force you to pay for an application fee even if your not qualify to live at Bradford apartments and they are scams and take your application fee and tell you it's none refundable and when we called to ask were the paperwork was that they mailed us that we never received the landlord yelled at us and said that we were never qualify at all and hung up the phone.Bradford apartments are scams and will take your application fee even if your not qualify to live at Bradford apartments so be careful if your not qualify to live at Bradford apartments because they will scam you and take your application fee even if your not qualify to live at Bradford apartments. I think the company should do there jobs better and stop scaming people and give people back there application fee back to them even if they don't qualify.And you guys better give me back my money or I will get a Lawyer and Sue the company and can't be stealing people's money if there not qualify to live at Bradford apartments and if the company doesn't give me back my money I am going to sue the company and put your company on the news so that nobody rents from Bradford apartments and by far the worst company to rent from"

"I have lived at the Bradford place Apartments for several years . It’s very quiet for a complex. I love it here. The Apt manager Denise and the maintenance man Bob are absolutely wonderful and accommodating. If your looking for an Apt you will love it here."

"I have been trying to get in contact with someone at their office for over a month now… My roommate and I moved mid-month of March and our contract expired at the end of March. We still have not gotten our deposit back. I’m going to report this to the BBB because this is insane. Our rent was paid on time every month and we’re both very tidy/professional people. This is not how a business should behave. Extremely shady."
