"Hallmark Village Apartments exceeded my expectations and I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a clean, safe, quiet, beautiful, and affordable apartment community. Not only are the buildings and grounds well kept and clean, the staff here is unbeatable. From Shari in the office who is so kind, prompt in communication, and professional yet personable to Rob and his maintenance and cleaning crew who keep Hallmark Village in tip top shape there is no reason to not move here! It should be noted that I lived here during two historical snow events in 2022. Plowing was literally impossible but boy did Rob and his crew try to keep the parking lot clear. Again, it was literally impossible but they gave it a go! Hallmark Village, from my observations, did better in snow removal than any other complex in the area. The staff here cares about this property and us as residents. WNY was in crisis in November and December due to life threatening snow events. It was scary. It was a comfort and added needed joy to see maintenance in their trucks clearing snow and throwing out a wave and stopping to make a joke and share a laugh as we shoveled our cars out. Small acts like that matter when it comes to a place feeling like home. Take a drive around and you will find so many apartment complexes here in the Southtowns. Hallmark Village may not catch your eye because it’s not flashy, it doesn’t fly “now leasing!” banners, because it doesn’t need to. Hallmark Village should be your top choice! Shari will make you feel immediately welcome and Rob is sure to give you a wave from his golf cart as he addresses needs in the complex. Don’t overlook this community as you search for your next home. If there’s an opening here, try to snatch it, you will never regret renting here."

Hallmark Village goes above and beyond to accommodate its tenants with hitherto-unheard-of rapid response times for maintenance, notices for service interruptions, and all-in-all pleasant staff who will go out of their way to know you, too. "I recently finished my 1 year lease with Hallmark in Hamburg, NY and I was very impressed with the professionalism and hospitality of the Manager, Shari who is on site. The apartment was modern and clean, they have a portal you can log in to for payment and other announcements, as well as create tickets for maintenance to service your apartment. Shari was very friendly, helpful, and professional every time we spoke, as she also helped me with some challenges I was facing personally.
