"My experience here was excellent. The reviews I read were not great & I was skeptical but I am so glad I did not skip out based on the negative reviews. The front staff - Sidney especially - were amazing! She was beyond helpful and made us feel like friends rather than customers. The pool was clean & the water was warm! There was a great selection of snacks & drinks available for purchase. The room was clean & comfortable. The location is close to several great restaurants and I would absolutely stay here again."

"The overall place was clean that's about it. Morning staff at front desk was very ignorant dont know if the 2 women just don't like white people but they were very ignorant . They kept staring at us in the door of the pool room & They tried to say my guest and I were smoking Marijuana in our room when we WERE NOT but because we smelled like pot after coming back from smoking outside they had a issue . I also went to the "complimentary breakfast " at 9:20 am and sat there waiting for them to bring food out cause eggs and bacon was empty and they NEVER replenished the food . So at 10am i seen them taking everything down and went and asked her if she was bringing anymore food out cause we have been sitting there for 40 minutes and she told me no so my kids and I couldn't even eat breakfast. Then after I checked out they charged my card $250 for "smoking in my room" which NEVER EVEN HAPPENED"

"We went with the Fairfield because it was recommended by parents of Siena students. The room was immaculate, my younger ones LOVED the heated pool. As for the service, I explained to the professional young woman at the front desk we only needed the room one night instead of two ( our scheduling mistake) . Without batting an eyelash she took care of it ( unlike other hotels/motels in the past). We WILL be back. Thank You Fairfield, you made a somber day easier."

"This is the perfect place for us, as evidenced by our third stay here. It's a great location for airport, racing at Saratoga, and there is every possible selection of restaurants in the area as well as shopping. The staff are always friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean and functional, the beds are comfy and the pillows soft and fluffy, just right for nestling into a good night's sleep after a long drive. Breakfast is exceptionally good, with a great selection of hot and cold items, enough to please anyone, and with a singing staff member in charge whose lovely voice made a delightful start to our days. We have no hesitation in recommending Fairfield Inn, and will be looking forward to our next stay. Thank you staff members !"
