"Please do not stay here. The hotel is not clean or safe. I cannot stress this enough. The hotel is NOT CLEAN and NOT SAFE. There seems to be a high traffic/high client turnover to the rooms, which isn’t normal (we were dealing with the lobby staff for about an hour and the incoming and outgoing client traffic was similar to a hostel or brothel). I would not bring young children there. We bought the room only to have a place for our dog to rest while we went to a dinner party out of town, a temporary stop during our overall holiday travels. The room wasn’t even clean enough to leave our dog for a few hours. We opted to forfeit the $200 for the day because it was too gross; we couldn’t even walk into the room. We eventually escalated to corporate and were able to get a full refund. Please do not stay here."

"My friend and I had an amazing stay here. Best motel I’ve been. The room is super clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The staff were friendly and we had a great chat. If I’m ever around I’m certainly staying again."

"The room was smelly, as if someone had smoked in it and deep cleaning wasn't done to remove it. Carpet was sticky. On the bright side, no complaints with bathroom cleanliness and the bed sheets. The bathroom is extremely small and beds were cheap, too soft and uncomfortable. Overall, I do NOT recommend staying at this place."

"The rooms are average, not modern but not old. There wasn't a microwave or mini fridge in our room and with our extended stay of 2 weeks it was an inconvenience. The light over the sink didn't work but it wasn't a big deal. The staff is super friendly from the front desk to the cleaning staff except the cleaning staff everday asks for a tip even though I wasn't having them clean the room so that was alittle annoying that's why I only gave a 4 star for the service. The location is great, it's near the bus line and it has a flex service bus that will pick you up at the front end directly. I would stay here again in the future if I needed a hotel in the Albany area. Plus it's pet friendly for free so thats a perk!"
