"I went in for my first routine cleaning and exam at Flatiron Dental last month. The location is so central, steps away from Madison Square Park. The scheduling process was easy too, took me a minute to do online myself. From the moment I stepped in I felt I was transported into a serene, beautiful lux spa-like office. The front receptionist was friendly, and check-in was quick and seamless, no waiting at all before ushered into a room and greeted by my hygienist. She was kind and gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process of getting updated images always explaining each next step. The practice itself is equipped with the state of the art technology in each room- making imaging process as seamless as possible. Dr. Jadigar herself came in next to do my cleaning and explain everything in detail as well as answer any questions and concerns. She took her time and was very thorough, giving her recommendations for better oral care, we touched on Invisalign and the pros/cons for me. The time flew quickly- they have TVs mounted on the ceilings- so I got to enjoy my favorite show. I could have sat there longer - and that’s something I have never felt when visiting a dentist! Dr J has been a dentist for over twenty years, and it truly shows with her wealth of knowledge and professionalism. But even more she is so personable, wonderful bedside manners, and exudes a genuine warmth that she cares about YOU. I have found that her appointments are not scheduled closely back to back, so her and her team can actually give each patient the highest quality of care. There is a high level of excellence and compassion that the practice delivers. You will be in the best hands with Dr J and her team!"

"Dr J is amazing! She’s been my dentist for many years so of course I followed her to her new practice! I referred my whole family to her because she’s the best. She’s caring and kind, and is very generous with her time. We never feel rushed when we are with her and know that we are in very capable hands. She fixed my smile a couple years ago by offering a simple solution I didn’t know existed. No one has ever mentioned this option to me before and it made me feel like a new person afterwards! I went for a cleaning today and loved the new office. It has a spa like ambiance, so beautiful, soothing, and clean. Everyone at the office was incredibly nice, they make you feel really welcomed. The patient room has two TVs, one welcoming you with your name and one in the ceiling so you can watch Netflix in the chair! How amazing is that?! I love this new location, it’s convenient and close to the subways. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood!"

"My experience at flatiron dental was amazing! I walked in and felt like I was at a spa. Stephanie at the front desk was very welcoming and made checking in easy. The waiting area; immaculate, stocked with beverages and even a coffee machine on top of the fridge. Caroline, the dental assistant came out after just a few minutes, and took me to the room to get started with my X-rays. She was quick, and really kind making sure I was comfortable. Dr Jagirdar did my cleaning and a couple of fillings; didn’t feel a thing, she talked me through the procedure and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. She was very delicate and got the job done. This was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had and I highly recommend coming here. PS they have TVs in the ceiling, I watched some Seinfeld, and next thing I knew, we were done."

"Exceptional is the first word that comes to mind when describing the Flatiron Dental office and Dr. J’s services! A review can only describe so much; but I’ll do the best I can! I’ve had the pleasure of coming to Dr. J a number of times over the past few years and she has really proven to be an exceptional addition to my life. As someone who has dealt with my fair share of non-ideal dental visits, Dr. J and her staff have helped me truly enjoy the act of going to the dentist. Invisalign — 5/5 — I’m currently in the middle of my treatment plan. The care she has put into developing my plan, and the provided starter package, have made the process quite seamless. Everything was explained to me thoroughly before and after starting my treatment. While any questions that I’ve had throughout the process have been answered quickly and thoughtfully. She provided a customized sonic cleaning machine that I pop my aligners into every morning as I get ready and they come out crystal clear. Which has personally helped with my feelings of insecurity that come from having the aligners on throughout my day. I will update this review as I complete treatment! Routine Cleaning / Services — 5/5 — In the past I’ve felt that dentists have been quick to suggest a filling or procedure that was deemed best option as it was quickest. However, what I’ve liked about Dr. J and her staff is they educate me on why something may be happening and what our options could be. Of course situations vary by person, but in my time with her there have been instances where no filling was needed so long as I follow a specific treatment plan. This has helped me build trust and enjoyment coming to her as I can see my personal progress but also know in the back of my mind I’m not being taken advantage of! Office Ambiance — 5/5 — The space, from the waiting room to the dental rooms, is stunning! I’ve yet to experience such an inviting and comfortable waiting area with snacks and refreshments while I wait. The dental rooms themselves have two TV’s with one displaying a welcome message with your name, which is a small example of the warmth and care that is Dr. J. While the other Tv is in the ceiling above the dental chair that has Netflix at the ready so I can disassociate while my dental work is completed. My appointment was over before I could even realize! Scheduling / Staff — 5/5 — The staff at Flatiron Dental are as equally incredible as Dr. J. They are quick to answer any questions in their scope, while being friendly and talking to me about what’s going on in pop culture or the like! Scheduling has always been quick and easy and can be done in-person or online. The staff as been so accommodating in helping to find the soonest possible appointment when available. Sometimes even next day when there’s a sudden opening! In all I can’t recommend Dr. J and Flatiron Dental enough! I’m excited to continue coming here and to see what new services she can provide as the practice evolves. Run, dont walk to schedule your appointment! You won’t be disappointed!"

"This dental office is amazing!!! Dr J is so kind and caring. You feel the value of being a patient here. I have never been to an office that looks like this! It blew me away! You have to visit this office, this should be the new standard of what a dental office should be! Check out the tv on the freaking CEILING! They have the cutest little tooth fairy pillows for the littles and you feel like you just walked into your best friends living room! NOT a dental office that’s for sure! Love love love this place!"
