"Update: They filled the hole, which is nice. They got rid of the rewash codes and it's raining right now. So that was a waste of money. Staff was friendly. They got good f'ing coffee. Great car wash. Can you fill in the truck hole in the back with rocks like you did the front? Very helpful."

"We used the floor mat machine and unbeknownst to the whole staff at 11 am there were 3 mats stuck in the machine and the machine was broke. I was given a claim form because I was told “We will pay for tearing your property “ Kendall( the manager) called and withdrew responsibility because of the price to replace it. In short, terrible management. Don't use the mat machine or anything that might require the staff's attention."

"My day starts very early. So it is difficult to find places open before 6 am. I generally stop by at 4 am. I attempted to go to Sam's given that they claim to be open 24/7. It has not been open once in the 3 weeks I have stopped by hoping to get my morning vices. Here I am again. Closed. Knocked on the door. Employee came to door with the same tired reason "system needs to reboot." I asked him if they are open 24/7. He yelled "yes" through the locked, closed door. I get the feeling that the convenience stores on that road don't understand the concept of 24/7. Because not one of them is actually open 24/7. Don't say you are open 24/7 when in fact your location is not open 24/7."

"Just left Sam’s Mart and was knowing overcharged for 12 pack of Bull Light by the cashier (African wearing a bucket hat). The worst part was not that the cashier knew he was overcharging me he had a nasty attitude and just stated all the prices are wrong and the price is what he rang up. There were 2 people behind me in line who both spoke up and said you should not be over charging him and add no problem waiting to allow the cashier to step from behind the register to look at the price. Instead the cashier got extremely nasty and rude and kept repeating that the price of a 12 pack of can Bid Light is 11.99. Which is unusual in itself....grocery stores charge 9.99 and gas stations typically charge 10.99. I paid...went to the car to get my cell phone, came back in to take a picture of the shelf that shows ALL the iBud Light items on that shelf is 10.99. When I came back in the cashier was standing in front of the cooler looking at the prices and told me to come back in and talk to manager? Interesting....come back in to talk to a manger because of his original nasty attitude or talk to a manager because they have ALL the Bud Light items tagged 10.99 and it rang up for 11.99 and I got ZERO customer service but instead got a lecture about what the system says and what he demanded I pay. Does your cashiers not have the authority to override a price when it is obviously coming up wrong in the register? Why do I have to come back in to talk to a manager to point out I was overcharged by a dollar when the cashier could have refunded me the $1 after I came back in to take a pic and he realized he was wrong and/or just took 1 min and looked at the price at the time of the transaction? But nope I will take the time to come back because this is our neighborhood and to have piss poor customer service and to be overcharged is unacceptable."
