"The employees seem to be incompetent. Two employees could not explain a simple return, or why the items could not be returned. The items were past the 30 day return policy so they offered store credit which i accepted. after scanning my ID, they said the return could not be processed but couldn't explain why and just stared at me—I was told to call a number on the receipt to find out why. They looked as dumbfounded as I was. It was the strangest experience I have ever had in a store."
