"Target Midtown Charlotte is a BEAUTIFUL store - very inviting and so many great products! Their fresh flower selection is impressive - I am a florist, and am always looking at the flowers wherever I’m shopping. Prices are reasonable and quality of products is as expected for Target. Very fun shopping trip."

"Location is good, but they made self-checkout 10 items or less while only having 2 cashiers working. We used to come early to get all of our groceries at self-checkout so there was never a line behind us. Now we have to wait up to 10 minutes just to check out."

"As recent reviews have stated, they have changed their self-checkout to be 10 or 15 items or less, yet they only have one cashier…so while 15+ self checkout lanes were open, I was told I had to wait in line. So I left my shopping cart off $300+ items and told them they could put it back. Called the store to speak with a store manager and was told they would look into because it is “a new policy” and they are supposed to have extra cashiers now so there are no lines. Also filled out feedback on the Target app. I haven’t been back to the store since and I won’t be back until they get rid of this policy. I understand theft prevention but perhaps there are other ways…"

"I visited the Target in Midtown Charlotte on Nov 18, 2023 for a pickup. The line was long and busy but the ladies working in the return and pickup area were amazing! They were friendly, professional and very efficient. Thank you for providing great customer service."

"My best friend and I sincerely enjoyed our time walking around and exploring this target location. My best friend is an avid target goer and enjoy the store. We both noticed a little disarray by the large shoe section when we first arrived but on the way out of the store I could tell that the staff really care about their work because the store was impeccable. We were in there for a few hours truly just enjoying all the sections and comparing this location to other locations. We both felt very welcomed in the store and found everything we needed. We definitely will return to this location and highly recommend others to visit. Staff were super kind and very down to earth"
