"I absolutely love this store Amy the store manager, and Kelly are amazing. Every time I walk in there is like walking into my best friends home. I feel like part of the family. The service is incredible. The only one little complaint that I have is that they don’t carry my size in the store And my policy is if I don’t see it, I will not buy it so I don’t really like shopping online, so having the sizes for the customer in-store is so much better"

"Excellent place for buying clothing and other fashion articles. The price value for the items is excellent. The quality and the design of the clothing is very good though the price is quite cheap. This place is the last Banana Republic store in the city of Charlotte. The place is very clean and well maintained. The parking place is large. They have a restroom but you have to ask for it. The staff is helpful."

"We ordered some clothing and it ended up not fitting. We recently moved and were having a hard time getting to a location to return it—we called this store and asked if it was okay if we were out of the return policy window because we didn’t have time to bring it in before it expired. Whoever was on the phone said that was okay as long as it was close to the date. We went in 5 days outside of the 30 day return policy. The clothing items in question were still on the racks in the store and the cashier refused to return or exchange our merchandise, even telling us it was impossible to do so despite a different employee previously saying they would make an exception. Needless to say we will no longer give these unaccommodating stores our business."

"My sister and I were frantically looking for a dress for a charity dinner, cocktail/black tie, and figured Banana Republic would be a good starting point. Let me tell you, Amy was the kindest and most attentive sales associate! She pulled many, many options for us to try, knew where we could find additional merchandise, checked the back for additional sizes and colors, and, most of all, made us feel like she truly cared that my sister felt good in what she was wearing. She made the experience what it was. To the management - train your employees to be like Amy! The store overall is beautifully laid out and very clean. The quality of the store environment matches the quality of the merchandise. We will be back for more BR! If you stop in, ask for Amy!! She's the best."
