"I ordered a smoothie with protein powder in it, I was almost chewing it it was so thick. They were nice enough to remake it for me without the protein powder, but then I was basically just drinking milk and almond butter. I didn’t have the heart to ask them to make it again. It was totally tasteless of any fruit at all. Honestly, really disappointed for a $10 smoothie."

"Very clean and well kept store.. had to make a delivery here. Receiver is very friendly and fast. Not a bad back once you make the circle off the parkway. Looks harder than it is to deliver here but once you pull around and watch the curves easy straight back"

"Overall the store was good. Very clean and they had lots of options. Produce was fresh and well in stock. When we got to the register, the cashier didn’t even acknowledge us. No problem, I understand it can be hard to converse at the end of a long day. However, I went to hand the bagger our bags and she asked me if I wanted our stuff bagged. I told her yes as I was still unloading the cart. She started to bag, then stopped to greet someone who had come to visit her at work (I would assume her boyfriend). Once again, no worries, totally get saying hi to someone when they walk in to see you. She then stopped bagging our groceries when we were still unloading the cart and decided to take a break….right in the middle of bagging our stuff. It just left a bitter taste in my mouth. I appreciate her help in bagging what she did, but it would have been awesome if she would have just helped us bag what was left before deciding to take her break."

"On the recommendation of a family member who told me that Sprouts eggs are cheaper than Publix or Harris Teeter; I knew I needed to check them out. This also gave me a reason to see if I could add Sprouts as another go to grocery store as well. From the outside, it seems that Spouts is a mini Whole Foods or the little brother of and that doesn't change once you get inside. The design, decor and layout are somewhat reminiscent of Whole Foods but Sprouts is able to stand on its own merits. One thing I noticed was the entire organic section of fruits, dairy, meats, and bread. I was surprised to find the spice section had a vast variety of spices and you could buy as much or as little as you needed. Where we start to knock off points is the customer service is lacking in so many areas, from the stockers, the cashiers and other employees who see you but don't acknowledge you. I bought some of their muffins and eggs and the muffins were okay. They were dry, little flavor and had an after taste. The eggs were the highlight for me though. I was able to buy an 18 count carton for the regular price of $4.89 which is 50% less than what I pay at Publix or Harris Teeter. I didn't noticed a difference in taste with the eggs which are free range so that made the trip worthwhile. My recommendation is Spouts needs to train their employees better when it comes to customer service and acknowledgement. I will visit in the future only for the eggs which I buy in bulk so I won't have to go as often. Hopefully, you'll have a better experience."
