"I like Ross, but management is not taking care of this location. It is very messy, disorganized, and smelly. The floors are very visibly dirty. I’m not simply writing this review to complain… I would love to see some change so that I can enjoy a shopping experience at this location in the future."

"Nice stuff really affordable, but the place is always sort of junkie with clothes and shoes all over the floor. The checkout line is usually long too... so pack some patience and go find nice stuff cheap. They have stuff for every room in your house."

"I get that the store was near closing time, but I waited in line for 25 min just because the cashier (7) was talking to the customer ahead of me and the other cashier (6) walked off and said he had to pee loudly infront of all customers behind me. He went to the rest room and came back. I was still waiting and instead of getting customers out all he wanted to do was put up clothes hangers. I will NEVER be back to this location. It's dirty and items all over the floors. Employees are rude . Do better!!"

"It’s a bit ridiculous how they always only have one register open. They have more people playing “security” and greeting people than at the register, helping get the line down. I came the other night, and three people were literally standing up front watching the line grow and doing everything else but helping the one cashier on register"

"I was attempting to have a nice shopping experience but the young man at the service desk ruined it. He was cursing and talking so loud. It was so obnoxious. It aprears that a customer told him he was going too slow. He was talking about the situation so loud as he was ringing up other guests. I know its hard to find people to work and i guess quality and professiobal is completely out of the question. Just because your store is on south blvd and not in south park mall doesnt mean you have to act like you're substandard nor treat your customers as tho they are. You represent, the owners of Ross, Ross and yourself. Have self respect!"
