"A warning to anyone else going anywhere in Plaza, the store doesn't just boot and tow during business hours but even after they close. So despite limited parking in Plaza, and that CVS was closed at midnight on a Sunday, they boot and tow from their lot. So, park elsewhere, it's probably how this terrible location keeps their doors open and overhead low. Store hours are variable, staff unreliable, and generally rude. Additionally, even if you buy something from the store and park there, there's a chance you get booted or towed because you aren't there for CVS."

"Is 0 stars an option? We've unfortunately used this pharmacy for almost 6 years and the pharmacy service gets worse with every year that passes. I haven't had a single prescription filled that didn't have an issue. Incorrect billing, auto-refills not being processed, rude and unhelpful staff... the list goes on. If you have the option to use a different pharmacy, take it. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. You'll wait for hours and have to double & triple check everything."

"The CVS in Huntersville on Sam Furr Rd and Catawba has always been a great store for us. We moved away and transferred our prescriptions to another location due to distance. This pharmacy really came through for me today with a common but difficult to find dose of medication! Plus, I got my usual CVS brand Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25mg capsule. They don't disappoint. A lot of other pharmacies did not have the medication. The pharmacist is always friendly and the technicians were helpful with answering questions."

"There should be zero negative reviews for this pharmacy. Always polite and professional. If you are using any other pharmacy in Plaza. You are overpaying. These guys are the best!!! Should be 5.0 in my opinion!!"

"Pharmacists act mean & annoyed. Never explain how to use medications just shove them at you and make you sign documenting something they didnt do. At first I had empathy bc I know so much stress with covid. Now, just troubled by how mean these people are. They need some type of training"
