"Very rude and lazy staff. Asked to call if my prescriptions were ready and the pharmacist just said “no”. I asked her if they just did not have the medication in stock because I’m a provider and have access to seeing if my medication was filled or not. She then rudely asked me “do you the app?!”. Uhm yeah I do (but what if I was a 85 year old man who didn’t use technology or have an iPhone????) She then told me my “meds were rejected”. Excuse me??? Then I asked again, are you able to fill them or not because I AM LITERALLY LOOKING AT THE PROOF THE ORDER. She finally was like yeah we can fill them but after 4. Mind you it’s 10am at the time I called. Anyways, she kept answering me in close ended answers with no guidance. I was very polite the entire time and said thankyou and she hung up on me. I’ve heard that CVS employees were rude in other locations but damn. Yall are over worked, underpayed, and miserable."

"11/18/23 around 12:20pm we tried calling an employee to get an item that is locked. She’s too busy gossiping with her earphones on so we push the assistance button. She heard that and turns to us and goes “I’m standing right here”. Zero experience of proper customer service on her end. Do better."

"This store has the absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy. The pharmacist denied speaking with my physician about a prescription when I had a text from him stating that the two of them spoke. I called my physician when I arrived home to verify. Not only horrible customer service but unethical. They are constantly understaffed! Only one clerk checking out customers and retrieving prescriptions."

"I went to return an item via UPS and they do not accept bar code. There is no printer available on site, see that they 4 large machines for printing professional photos and all but do not provide one for a simple paper. I've wasted my time coming here and I'll never come back to this place in my life."

"I have used this pharmacy for several years on and off. I feel like this store seems short staffed and has been for years (even prior to Covid). The pharmacy can definitely develop long lines during peak times and the staff seem slow to check people out to keep the line moving. The restocking of this store always seems quite slow. I have noticed many items out of stock for what seems like a month or more. There is a Red Box located right outside the store. This store has two self check out registers, which is convenient."
