"If I could give zero stars I would. I attempted to call several times and left voicemails to schedule a consultation for them to manage my property. I finally scheduled an appt via their website and received several emails confirming my appointment. I even recieved a zoom link the day of, all for them to completely not show with no word. I arranged for time off from work to coordinate this meeting. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's. Disappointed in their services is an understatement. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"If I could rate a ZERO I WOULD! This company is never in the office. And the phone number they give you, is 100% useless. And when they do call you back it’s an unknown blocked number. When you try to reach them… well good luck. I finally was able for ONE call to go through and the person that answered was extremely unhelpful. They straight up said “well I don’t know what to tell you” The office they share with even said “I don’t know how they’re still in business, they’re never here” This is not a company you want to lease with."

"I spoke with Larris last year about hiring his company to manager our home while we relocated. Our conversation went great - he answered all my questions. We proceeded with the onboarding process - completed a questionnaire and scheduled a pre acquisition walk through of our home. At that point we were told Lena would be taking over the next steps to get us set up to rent our home. The day of our walk through appointment someone we had not been told showed up and started walking through the house - unable to answer our questions regarding steps we should or should not do to prepare for renters. She kept saying oh we can send someone out - almost confused as to what we meant. Once we were able to reach Lena in office she confirmed they sent someone who does home inspections for tenants - she apologized and said we would need to reschedule. We went ahead and rescheduled the appointment to a later date - I also sent an email confirming that new appointment. The day of our new appointment - no one showed. I called Lena to ask if they were planning to show up to our scheduled appointment - she had no idea that there was one. I sat on the phone while she questioned and looked through her calendar as to whether or not we had an actual appointment. Once she confirmed on her end - she arrived to our home. Completed the walk through and let me know she would follow up with our comps and a to do list they send out a month prior to us leaving. She failed to do that as well."

"They were highly recommeneded by a close friend. Very courteous and professional at front but once we needed them to find tenants it was impossible to get in touch with them. They have a VERY PASSIVE approach to finding tenants and we waited 4 months before finding a new PM that found us a tenant in 4 days. Not exaggerating."
