"I booked a double queen room through a third party company and when we arrived at the hotel, there were no double rooms available. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The hotel was clan and had everything we needed, but the most exceptional thing about the stay was definitely the excellent customer service. April and the rest of the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic, including great tips on things to do while we were there. I would definitely stay there again."

"It was our first trip to Fayetteville, NC, so we didn't know how the area would be. Very nice location nor too far from anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was responsive to our needs, and the amenities were decent. Including wrapped fruit for the guests Iin fruit bowls by the elevator. The parking was plentiful. The room had a great suite layout with 2 queen beds, and two closets. A nice kitchen with silverware and dishes you might have at home. You could also request a hot plate. I would definitely return for another stay."

"My husband has severe pet allergies we were told the top floor had no pets and he would be find when we made our reservation we called back they assured us we would be on the top floor. When we checked in around five she knew nothing of the conversation we had with the gentleman who promised this. She then hand us a letter that says there is a planned water turn off between 12-5 am this night. We should have told this prior the letter was dated Sept 26 2023. We asked to speak to the manager and she was in a meeting the front desk girl said. I checked back still at a meeting. This girl needs some hospitality training. She was not aware what to say to us all she had to do was email the manager to get in touch with us before we left. Never heard or spoke to the manger. Even tough I told her twice."

"First, big "shout out" to Tyrone for Sunday morning coffee!!! Got us started for our long road trip. Very nice hotel conveniently located to restaurants on Ramsey St. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They made you feel at home! Roma are clean and quiet. Very nice breakfast! Highly recommend and we will return."
