"This hotel is horrible. Upon entry of the room there was a roach crawling across the floor. Management was not helpful and did not provide a refund as requested and only provided customer service number. Do not stay here!!"

"Room was not cleaned properly. We did complain and were compensated. Service from front desk to kitchen was excellent. Tony who takes care of breakfast does a fantastic job. Made up for the unclean room"

"Fraudulent + Bad smell = lingering regret. Purchased my families stay via priceline. Let me kindly share this warning to potential patrons: the online photos do not represent what this place actually provides. Rooms are quite small and smell of Pine oil and other industrial cleaners thst almost cover the odor source they were used for. I am unwilling to stay in these conditions and unwilling to be a passive victim of such blatant fraud. Clearly Priceline and/or Days Inn corporate are not vetting the images shown to consumers nor the reliability of their policies to course correct when they so clearly and casually break public trust. That OR they are willing participants in bait and switch fraud practices. Save your family the time and trouble mine is still facing for choosing this Days Inn. Avoid this one and Priceline. Both continue to refuse a refund even though we didn't stay a single minute and despite their collectively fraudulent practices. Don't be cheated by staying with this untrustworthy and unreliable business."

"Rooms were clean. I lifted the bed to check for any signs of bugs,nothing. Sheets and pillows were clean. There are not a lot of choices for the free breakfast, but the waffles were DELICIOUS, and you make it fresh. The pool is small, close at 6 pm. They are pet friendly, but be prepared to pay an additional $25.00 a day fee. I didn't hear my neighbors on either side and above me. Close to Bragg and stores."

"I asked when I got there about the cleanliness of the rooms. I was told over and over they are "super clean." Thank God I was awakened in the middle of the night by people outside my hotel room because when I got up and turned on the lights, there were roaches all over. I'm booked to stay another night but that won't be happening. I rather stay in my vehicle. My room "looked" clean but the roaches were coming out of rubber baseboards and under microwave/refrigerator cabinet. Very minimal furniture, side table only big enough for a lamp. Tiny 32" TV, so far away you can really see or hear it. Lots of traffic and people talking throughout the night. I'm REALLY hoping I don't bring any roaches with me when I leave as soon as it gets light out."
