"The room size was great for handicap access. Some tend to be small & that makes it difficult to navigate wheelchairs. We were a bit confused, though, as there were pots & pans to cook on but no stove top or hotplate to use; only a microwave. It would be great, too, if there was a place to put your towels near the tub as there is only a bar that can be used but it's kind of far away too, for someone who needs assistance getting in & out. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great!"

"This was my first time staying at Home2 Suites. The concept is exceptional for an extended stay and is also ideal for an overnighter. The accommodations are excellent. The rooms were clean and well furnished with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee station, dishes, and more. The lobby is large enough to host large parties and / or groups. The hotel has a laundry facility, pool, and a fitness room with equipment suitable for the moderate or advanced workout enthusiast."

"I highly recommend this hotel! Maria at the front desk was exceptional. We got lost on the way and called her a few times and she was so helpful. Once we arrived, she was friendly and really made us feel welcome. The hotel is brand new. It’s very nice and modern inside. They have a great complementary breakfast. The only complaint is that it’s a bit loud there since it is close to the military base. I highly recommend this hotel"

"The hotel was nice. The staff lied about the cost. They originally told us $148 when we booked on the phone. We told them we have a dog and that was still the price given. They charged us $240 when we left. The room above us had people stomping until midnight. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise. Also, they told us the charging station was free but we ended up having to pay for it. Not good service if you are constantly lying about prices. To add, when I posted this the first time, they responded. When I called I never got a call back. They are not true to their word."

"Let me start by saying this hotel will be our NC home. It is that nice. This was a great hotel. Brand new. When we walked into our room it smelled brand new. Mr. Thomas at breakfast was fantastic. He’s so nice. When he was on duty breakfast was perfect. The front desk staff were all helpful & friendly. The games & books in the lobby are a great touch. The woman on breakfast duty yesterday gave us water for the road when we checked out. The reasons I marked them down was the location isn’t the most convenient since you can only turn right out of the parking lot. The water in the shower could be warmer. I had it all the way over to hot & it was only room temperature. My husband thought it was perfect & wants that shower at home. I admittedly like unusually hot showers so…. We had some key issues which they worked on diligently until they were corrected. The railing on the pool steps was very loose but they fixed it as soon as they were notified. The toaster in the breakfast area was barely warm. I sent a bagel through 3 times & it was still white. That morning Mr. Thomas wasn’t there so I told the woman on duty she said “you probably changed the setting” & went back to what she was doing & never adjusted the toaster or instructed me on how to change it. Overall it was a nearly perfect hotel with positives far outweighing my petty negatives & we will definitely stay here again & I will recommend to other parents who’s children are stationed at Fort Liberty.
