"The facility is nice, but the service is really bad the didn’t clean the room for three days, on the third day they change the towels and remove the trash after I asked them to clean the room . very bad service in a nice property… the owner should get a different manager…"

"Overall, my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fayetteville North was a decent hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, there was a smell around the business center that was unpleasant. I'm not sure what the smell was coming from, but it was definitely noticeable. It's hard to describe, but it's a kind of musty, stale smell. It was not overwhelming, and I am not sure if the smell was a permanent problem or if it was just a temporary issue. I would recommend that the hotel management look into the smell and try to fix it. Otherwise, the hotel is a good option for business travelers and families alike."

"My first stay at Fairfield Inn, and I am impressed. The rooms are a really good size without feeling crammed in. The bathroom and shower are both really good size. Overall, it's a great hotel. I am definitely going to stay again on my next work trip to Ft. Liberty."

"I was in town for Fayetteville State University's homecoming. This facility seemed like they really wanted our business (unlike other hotels in the area) The building was decked out with Bronco artifacts. The staff was dressed with Bronco shirts. They made us feel like we were back home."

"Stayed here passing through on our trip home, got in at Midnight and there was a security guard who checked us in and got us a cart for our stuff. He was very nice, helpful and personable even at that hour! Our room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, very clean and friendly staff! We had a great experience."
