"Overall, decent. But some exceptions. Room smallish and typical "pet friendly" furnishings. Location a little awkward to get into. Service takes a hit as our room keys were deactivated after the first day, we had to go to the desk to have them reactivated. We were booked for two days. Desk clerk didn't know why keys were deactivated. Docked one star due to bathroom smells. Shorter hours for breakfast."
"Sent a corporate reservation through a company lodging site. Arrived and they stated our reservation was not a reservation, stated our company pricing "didn't show" so the room was going to be almost doubled. Rude customer service inside the hotel and on their customer service line. Never had an issue booking through our lodging site at any hotel until now. Funny how the guy behind the counter throw his 25 years of experience as a deciding factor while being extremely rude. I book multiple hotels each day through the same exact lodging portal (Including other Days Inn locations) and have never had issue until this location. I sent my employee elsewhere where he would at least the receive the common courtesy of being treated like a human being instead of having someone speak down to him."
"Got a foreboding feeling entering the hallway with an old hotel smell to it, and then pleasantly surprised that the room smelled fine. It was a nice room with a good layout, and the bathroom was acceptable. Breakfast was good, for the price, except the instant coffee. Easy on and off I-95, and no issues with road noise. All in all a great value for the low price."
"Rooms were clean and spacious The staff was friendly and tried to make things go as fast as possible with check in. The problem we had with the place is one. We got a non smoking room, the building we were in had both smoking and non smoking. The building smells like smoke, your rooms smell like it. People block the entrance and exit to check in which makes it's difficult to get out since there is only one way in and out of the parking lot."
"For breakfast, the only normal food is eggs. The rooms are clean. The management is strange, the guy easily extended the rooms for 2 days without problems, he was replaced by a woman. She suggested that we check out and check in after 11. Today we are spending the night in another hotel. We are a group on a business trip at the base, we take 3 rooms. The woman at the reception fined the hotel at least $300."
