"The Wifi here is terrible. It either does not work/connect to your devices or is unbelievably slow. If you need any Wifi connection at all during your stay to work or do anything online, I suggest finding a different hotel. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the next room’s TV and/or conversations from the room next to me. Breakfast is ok, they normally serve bacon, sausage, eggs and potatoes as well as coffee and pastries. The inside of the room itself is nice and spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower always had hot running water and the pressure was okay. Overall, if this place had decent Wifi it would be a great stay but it’s been frustrating to say the least."

"They treat housekeeping like slaves and pretend they care about any one’s situation management for housekeeping was very nice and understanding as well as assisting managers even though they work her like a slave and she doesn’t even get a raise for how much work she was putting in cleaning rooms and making sure everyone eles and the hotel looks great for guest they only pay housekeeping $9.00 a hr and work you till your body is hurting and exhausted but as soon as u have a emergency or just life issues they get upset when u can’t be there. And their so called holiday pay is $46 in other words I wouldn’t recommend anyone looking for a job that accommodates your living cost to work here . Cause your pay check will only get u by"

"Even though my stay here was short. the hotel stay was excellent. My room was a very high quality room that I was instantly impressed with. I was able to have a comfortable rest before my departure. This is a hotel I would consider staying at again."

"Worse customer service ever. I had an event to attend at 5pm. Got to hotel at 4. Their system was down and no one could check in and could not give a timeline or say that I would be able to check in at all that weekend. The front desk acted so unbothered and did not offer a solution. I had to call Priceline, cancel my reservation so I wouldn’t get charged a fee and rebook another hotel. Needless to say I was late to my event."

"Overall, not a bad hotel. Front desk staff is super friendly. Breakfast is typical hotel continental stuff that’s prompt and hot. Location is great, you can walk next door and get a beer and meal at Mash House or drive 5 minutes and be most places around the Skibo area. Rooms and hallways are clean but in need of a little maintenance. I would stay here again."
