"ROACHES! I have lived here for over a year now and unfortunately have just renewed my lease. Within the first few months I had 2 large roaches in my room,one of which crawled on my face while I was sleeping. I went into my storage shed one day to see the there were roaches in the cracks in the walls. In the past 4 months I started seeing roaches,they started coming out during the day. And one night recently I woke up to a baby roach crawling on me in bed. I was in my bathroom,heard a noise and looked up to see a large roach crawling around stuck in my bathroom vent fan. They claimed they detected no bugs in my home (in response to my review) but one of the staff at the office even admitted that when mantiance cane they saw a roach. They also had finally said they were putting me on recurring AFTER my review,but when I submitted more work orders,called and said they would now put me on recurring with pest control. They told me they scheduled to do a cabinet treatment and luckily i got home in time to catch pest control after he treated another unit. He said he wasn't told to treat mine. I put in several work orders but it took a bad review for them to take the matter seriously enough to put me on recurring treatment."
