"Heartfelt Appreciation for Autumview Apartments Staff I wanted to take a moment to leave a review to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding support and care I received from the amazing staff at Autumnview Apartments. Last Sunday, I experienced a concerning incident when my oven caught fire. Gene from property management and maintenance promptly arrived at the scene alongside the firefighters. Despite the potentially stressful situation, Gene and Ryan efficiently handled the aftermath. While the apartment incurred no damage, the stove needed replacement. I was pleasantly surprised to find that within 24 hours, Gene and Ryan had already installed a new oven. Additionally, my visits to the main office were met with reassurance and a commitment to resolving the issue promptly. I find everytime I enter I am greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. It's truly reassuring to know that the staff cares deeply about the well-being of the residents. I'd also like to commend the entire staff for creating a sense of community, exemplified by events like the recent gift-wrapping station. Where participating neighbors in the Christmas spirit can wrap Christmas presents together. It fostering a sense of community is a wonderful initiative. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars in my review. Your exceptional service has made a significant positive impact on my experience as a resident at Autumview Apartments. Thank you once again Autumview for your dedication and excellent service."

"I lived in Autumn View for over 4 years. It was a wonderful place to call home. Yes, there were maintenance requests, but they were completed in an extremely professional and timely manner. Brandi was always helpful and friendly any time I needed to talk with someone in the office! My neighbors were always friendly! I am grateful for the years I spent there! Wonderful memories!!!!"

"I honestly cannot wait until my lease is up. The worst apartment. It is the middle of summer and my AC is out (on top of a laundry list of other major issues, like the hot water running out, paying for a valet trash service that picks up trash whenever they feel like, the countless times I’ve seen bugs in my unit and no one has come to spray). I called front office and filed an emergency maintenance report around 2:45 pm and no one has come yet. I also have put on in online. One of the maintenance men who stays poolside, can’t help us because “He’s not on call and don’t know what to tell us.” I’m not sure who is on the way at this point, but it’s unsafe to be without AC with it being over 90 degrees outside. I pay my rent on time every month. I’m done being understanding. My next step is posting on social media and contacting local news network for these horrible conditions. If you were thinking about living here, reconsider. Update: Their on call maintenance man came around 5 pm (he lives far and I am understanding of that). We finally have AC flowing again at 5:35 pm.He did well and helped me."

"I would leave 0 starts if I could!!! Horrible living experience I moved in July if 2020 and by august 2020 my ENTIRE car was stolen out of the complex, the police found it a week later and I had to pay 1500 to get my car rekeyed .According to police It’s common in that complex.. Management couldn’t help because they didn’t have any cameras.. if you would like to live where they care more about your personal life then getting your repairs fixed or addressing your concerns then this is the place for you!!! Very poor communication with this complex. Now it turns out I will have dispute so bogus charges they said I Damaged the carpet and is charging me $957 to have the carpet replaced, which makes me even more confused because don’t you put new carpet down in between each tenant anyway? If not that’s even more disturbing and i wouldn’t be surprised if that’s why it’s always bugs inside. I have a full 360 video and photos of the units when I moved out because I felt like they would be on some funny business and look what we have here .. and to top it off my rent went from 1132 to 1555 a month for renewal in the middle of a pandemic that’s insane"

"Karen and the staff at Autumn View are awesome. They stay on top of any maintenance issues I may have. The front office and management staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. N trust me, the move to Fayetteville wasn’t an easy transition. It’s clean, the apartments are nice and roomy, the neighborhood is quiet, and the playground and pool stays clean. Whether you have a family, military, or just simply looking for a new place to call home, I definitely recommend Autumn View Apartments!"
