"As soon as I walked into the office, it felt like home. Ms Wendy and Ms Earlene was sooo welcoming and was pleased to show me the townhome that I was interested in. Both ladies was nice and offered refreshments and one could tell this is how they are all the time. First impressions are everything and I would love to stay here. The townhome was nice as well loved it! The hospitality was top tier!"

"The maintenance staff (Gene) are great and requests are done in a timely manner. I like how they bring your packages in if they come to do a repair and a package is on your steps."

You’ll enjoy the amenities and enjoy how hard the maintenance crew work on the grounds to make sure your community is up to par very excellent team. :)"

"It's a nice place to live, especially for Fayetteville. The office staff are super friendly. The only issue is that maintenance is really hit or miss. Sometimes they come really quickly and leave a note saying that they fixed the problem. Other times they don't come for a long time or don't leave a note so you don't know if they have been or not. Even so it's still a good place to live and probably one of the best management/maintenance I've had at an apartment."
