"Below average service with lots of hidden costs/fees. Brutal up charging for easy fixes in terms of regular wear and tear. Apartment smelled like animals when we moved in and we were surprised with an increased rent amount than what our initial contract stipulated. MUCH nicer, more affordable options in Fayetteville."
