"Visited a friend who lived here. Place was very clean and the grounds were kept up nicely."
"I lived here for almost two years and it was the worst. They never checked on what was going on when noise complaints were sent (i know this because i lived with a constant stampede above me for the last year of my tenancy there). And the office worker, Makayla Young, was immensely misinformed on the workings of the lease and possible early move out and told me I would be refunded if I moved out on the first of august. HOWEVER Miss Barbara had written my move out disposition and had my move out date as July 31 when I didn’t even turn in the keys until august first end of day. As well as I am now struggling to get my refund I was told I would get because they never informed me of a physical move out notice (lease said written notice so i figured email would suffice and ms. young said nothing about coming to the office). So Im out a grand and Regional office basically just said that I was wrong and that wasn’t what was supposed to happen with the rent. Nor did they care to acknowledge their employees mistake and misinformation. This was only my second apartment but I promise you when I say this, Cliff Creek Apartments, Makayla, and Barbara are the sole reasons I will NEVER find myself living in an apartment complex again."
"Been living here almost three years and the gym has broken equipment at least a year and a half of that time. Sent countless emails and phone calls with no success. Seems like nobody cares to fix anything post COVID. Bench was fixed after maybe 6 months of complaining. Cable machine has been broken for over a year on the right side. Left side barely works. Reported like the sign in the gym says with no luck"
"I lived here for 1 year and had a great experience. The staff including Ms. Barbara were excellent with communication and customer service. My apartment was luxurious and included a washer and dryer in cost. Any issues that occurred were swiftly resolved. The price was good for a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath. I felt very safe in the neighborhood which was one of my main priorities being a woman living alone. It is pretty quiet and family friendly. Parking got a little tight some nights but not a regular occurrence. Overall I would recommend it to my family and friends."
"DONT MOVE HERE. Management put a notice on my door stating that I did not pay rent when indeed I did and tried to say no rent was paid they lose rent money. This was done by Management. there’s no app to pay on, it’s 2022 why are we still using money orders? Staff is never there as well. Always leaving early or just never there.Maintenance takes forever to fix simple problems. How do you have one person as the “Maintenance Team” with over 200 units in the complex? Make it make sense please. Apartment Complex is making me pay for new carpet when moving out when the carpet that was placed in my apartment was already old from the start. Also be ready to never have guests due to the limited space for parking that they have. Your guests car will get towed! Trash is constantly overflowing! To fix the problem they create a fee towards the people living there about the trash, how can complain to the people living there about putting their trash in the correct place if it’s always overflowing, so that’s a new possible fee created for you. I had a pet, but once he passed away, they continued to charge me the pet fee as well an extra 1/2 months and lost my dog’s paperwork when asking for it. All in all. from the outside in looks good but iffy. it’s also very loud and very busy in the area."
