"Gate has only worked for a span of two months my entire year or living there. Residents were told that breezeways were going to be pressure washed due to how nasty they were but that never happened and they remained nasty. Too much dog poop everywhere you walk. Renovations seemed like cheap work mainly the vinyl floors as they would sink or have soft spots in multiple areas throughout the unit. Should install some type of security cameras at the gate to deter people from coming into the community breaking into cars ( happened way too often while I was leasing here). Priced for luxury apartments but definitely didn’t feel like I was getting my monies worth living there."

"If I could give the Cole apartments a zero out of five rating I would. One the community is suppose to be gated, the gate never works half the time and say you have family and or friends over. They are suppose to look your name up on the pin pad and when they call you again the gate dosent open half the time. There is trash everywhere, the place has roaches crawling around outside and the complex even though in the lease it says they do pest control once a month, that is a lie they only do your building once a year. Not to mention the maintenance team lacks getting your maintenance requests done, I have had water leaks coming from upstairs and made calls and requests to get it fixed and when the maintenance team comes to finally look at it they say they will paint over the mold and water damage like that’s suppose to handle the issue. Also the walls are very thin, so expect it to be loud. If you want to renew your lease expect a price increase of 4-500$ which is crazy I never seen that. The management team is never in the office half the time when you have questions and when you do need help with something they are incredibly rude and take their time with the matter. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is the absolute worse."

"I’m so glad that I ignored the negative reviews. Since I moved in, this property has been amazing. I had a maintenance request for my AC not working and they gave me a new AC UNIT. I also put in a request for my toilet not flushing. Guess what, they gave me a new toilet lol. The only thing thats a little annoying is the valet service. It’s never picked up at the times on the schedule. The gate is now working and I love it."

"I have been living here for a little over a year. While I like my apartment, it's a little overpriced for what I am getting. It also sucks that there are people in the complex that don't care about keeping the grounds clean. They leave trash everywhere. Some people have smelly apartments that you get a whiff of on a breezy day or if they happen to open their door briefly. Lastly, I submitted a work order to have my kitchen drawer replaced in JULY and I STILL do not have a kitchen drawer or a working dishwasher. If they can rectify these things, then it's a good place to live. EDIT: My kitchen drawer has been replaced, and they have been working harder to ensure the grounds are clean. Lastly, the security gate has been repaired and is finally working for more than 3 days!! Based on these things, I am changing my rating from a 2 to a 3."
