"Upon arriving at The Park Apartments, the grounds are noticeably clean and well-kept. It's located near Carvers Creek which offers a nice trail. I was greeted by Alesha and we immediately started building rapport. She explained the complex as we rode in the golf cart. She showed me a 1 bed 1bath unit with LVT flooring. There is a price difference between a carpeted unit and LVT flooring. Surprisingly spacious living spaces considering it's only 622 sq ft. Walk-in closet was nice and washer and dryer are included in the unit. When we finished the tour, I had the opportunity to casually talk to her and Rita a little bit. Both people are great conversationalist and you can tell they care about their job, their coworkers, and tenants. I went with another apartment complex but definitely consider The Park Apartment Homes as your new home."

"My boyfriend lives here and enjoys it. When he put in a service request for a minor concern, it was responded to very quickly. Overall, the apartment is spacious and in great condition. Packages usually go to a secure locker. The staff are friendly and wave when they see you. We also received a very kind gift today from the front office. We appreciate the gesture and it means a lot to know the complex wants to show they are thinking of others during the holidays, especially as the community has many military members or other hard-working employees who may be away from family.
