"I was needing a pace to live. Paloma really worked with me and helped get me in to the Villagio. She was only working in the office from another state. She made it so stressless. After leaving to go back home I finished up the rest of my paperwork with Shelly Carpenter. I have had a really good experience moving in . Everyone so far is so nice and accommodating."

"I have been living here at the Villagio for two years now and it has been nothing short of a great but hot mess to say the least. Quality of living in terms of the property as a whole is great! The interior is beautiful, just really wish they did a better job at maintaining the red carpet. No reason why for two years now there are just more and more dirty stains throughout the hallways. As for the unit itself, it’s definitely not the worst especially for in the Fayetteville area. Does not compare in my opinion to the Addison Ridge but you will not find anything as good here. I’ve had major problems with leaking from the ceiling in corners near my balcony for months now and previous owners didn’t do much but paint over the decaying and rotting paint wall. I wish the management as a whole did a better job at choosing tenants as well, because some of these people just have no self awareness or consideration for taking care of things that are not there’s like the grill provided in the pool area, the movie theatre and gym. Overall 3/5 stars because not top notch but definitely not the worst!"

"I love staying here at The Villagio!! It is very nice, spacious, and clean apartment complex with a family oriented feel to it. The manager is vey sweet, always making time to check in on the residents, while also getting to know everyone personally to meet their needs while here. All while still managing the facility. Not to mention they are always available when needed to answer questions and resolve issues that has arisen. I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a nice, quiet, and cozy community to live in whether you are single, married, retired or have children."

"My husband and I have lived here for two years and are planning on renewing our lease for another year. While we enjoyed the previous management company, we’ve had positive experiences with the new staff. Aidimar has been extremely kind and helpful, even when she did not need to be. Maintenance has been extremely friendly and I’ve seen him several times outside of regular hours tending to emergency calls. Honestly, if you’re in the market for a great place to live, it’s best to come meet the staff and take a tour before writing it off based on a disgruntled tenant’s review."
