"I love the property manager she is so sweet and nice very helpful. The apartment is nice and maintenance has came whenever I needed something. There is assigned parking which is a little annoying but it has been fine no issues at all , small community very nice people definitely recommend !!"

"This is a nice small relaxing community. I have lived in Springwood for more than nine years. Recently I moved into a newly renovated unit in which Hawthorne is doing an amazing job with renovations. At the time the roofs were being repaired. Shortly after I moved in. My apartment was damaged from the rain and the roofers. I was very disappointed. Karina our housing manager assured me that she would make things right, and she did exactly that. Karina (Manager), is a great asset to our community. She is very pleasant and approachable, she understands your concerns. I love my community. I just wish we had more room for parking or designated areas could be more clearly understood. In fairness and regards to all tenants. Come join us."
