"I Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service. The rooms are Beautiful, brand new modern hotel lobby, state of the art fitness center and large pool. My family really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A variety of game boards were put out every evening, my family had so much fun playing games and drinking hot chocolate in the spacious communal area. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Mimi and Dave at the front desk were super nice and made our stay extra homey and fun!"

"This hotel is the nicest we have stayed at in a long time. My husband is a paraplegic so we need a room withal a roll-in shower and space enough for him to move around. Priscilla, at the front desk, made sure we had the room we needed to have a wonderful stay. She is one of the kindest and most attentive person I have ever met in hospitality! We will make this our hotel when we are here in Durham!"

"We had a good stay at this brand new Hampton. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many many options. I’m not sure I have ever stayed at a hotel with such extensive lobby/lounge space. Two things to mention: our room on the 4th floor had a wind tunnel sound. We put a blanket under the door jam and it helped the sound. Also, there was a $25 fee added to my charge (room was $166 and charge was $191) even though I used a credit card and not debit card, and this charge was not told to me until I asked about it at the front desk. Wayne was great when he checked us in and Terry was fantastic and friendly when she checked us out. I would stay here again for sure!!"

"Great service location and staff. Excellent and hot breakfast with a variety of options. I loved it when their omelet had bacon and knowing we don't eat bacon they went ahead on their own and cooked fresh cheese omelet for my son. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. very clean hotel with staff always ready to help.. We will stay again.."

"Nice surprise, to be in a brand new hotel. Of course, everything was clean and comfortable. Kai at the front desk was very professional and thorough with checking me in. The breakfast dining room was huge. And the breakfast area was clean and well tended to. Thanks for the warm morning welcome from Anita. We enjoyed our bacon, eggs and English muffins. Glad we chose this place to stay the night."
