BLU Station 604 North Hardee Street, Durham, NC 27703

"Would be nice to do laundry, but now the office is always closed. If so, it would make sense to move the credit loader to the laundry room! ~Edit; they moved it there. *APT 500’s* Edit; now I have septic problems for the 2nd time and I haven’t lived here a year. The 1st time it was caused by someone flushing face mask. Can NEVER COME in CONTACT with the office because they refuse to pick up the phone and the mailbox is full. A letter was posted saying it would be fixed; last Monday 12/06/2021, it’s now 12/12/2021 @ 10pm, which will mean we have had this problem going on 1 and a half, going on 2 weeks. Which is ridiculous especially when it’s the only bathroom that is available. It’s gotten so bad sewage/fecal matter has came back up into the tub. That’s a health hazard, having to breathe that in is a HAZARD. Edit; was finally properly fixed & finished on the 20th. i.e. running water w/ no clogs etc… The owner/management of these apartments are careless and inconsiderate. I want to report one of your managers at the BLU station location. This manager was incredibly disrespectful, loudmouth and provoking towards me. My unit was 500’s which I turned my keys in late December sometime that morning, I had a package that was delivered 2pm that day. I arrived 2:50pm explaining to them what I just said above. The manager explained to me that she just contacted corporate to let you all know that we’ve turned in the keys. She sighed and immediately got an attitude yelling saying that it was my responsibility to check before I left. I tried to explain to her that the package wasn’t delivered until an hour ago (@ 2pm) so checking basically would’ve been a waste of time because it wasn’t delivered that morning. I seen her temperament rise with aggravation, so I decided to walk outside to my car. As she was leaving, she started pointing and yelling at me across the parking lot, which I found at that point that either she was trying to provoke me, and or start a fight. Therefore I continue to get into my vehicle, waiting for another employee to follow to retrieve my package. The other person there was extremely professional and helpful and did what she could to diffuse the situation by just being reasonable and respectful. I believe the manager that I had the dispute with is named Anna Vasquez, her description; Tall Hispanic 25-31 y/o, 5’11’’-6ft tall"
