"Went by for my 4:00 pm tour today (12/15/23). Walked in to no one there to greet me, that's fine no problem there. Then I heard this sweet older lady on the phone. I stuck my head in the office to show my face, informing here that some one is here and in need of assistance. She saw me and gave me the finger, noooo not that finger lol. She gave me the "please hold or I'll be with you in one second" finger (index finger). I said no problem and pointed to the lobby to let her know I will be wiating there. As I waited I walked around checking out the clubhouse. I waited 10 minutes and nothing. Then in walks someone else and yep, you guessed it. She was abled to helpe them right away while I justed wait. So I just walked out. Thank you to the sweet older lady for helping me make my decision today and yep, it wasnt Creekstone at RTP!"

This property lack management and the property is starting to turn into a housing project atmosphere with crime and grounds going down.Nine cars was broke into and office staff refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem.The look of the property and amenities are not available as advertised."

"Mike was awesome he really got our issues resolved that we have problems with in the past that previous maintenance didn’t fix properly. He is a great asset to our complex. We love having him around. Great great appreciation for him and his crew."

"I have been a resident of this property for a little over a year now. When I first moved in, Management was amazing! Any issues were addressed in a timely fashion and the community was just overall GOOD! Now however, it is not a place I want to live anymore and regret signing a new lease. I have maintenance work orders over a week old that haven’t been addressed and when I called for understanding, I am then told there is only one maintenance staff. Let’s also note that I have a text from someone in maintenance saying one of my work orders were completed and it absolutely has not been! They can send emails about loud people at the pool but can’t inform their tenants that they are short staffed! I shouldn’t have to call the office after a week of something in my apartment needing to be fixed to be given such a horrible excuse! This community has fallen off drastically and it isn’t fair to tenants to be told “file a claim with your insurance” because they can’t do their job. My freezer door won’t close, so my food has thawed and water is leaking all over my kitchen, which I’m sure if there is damage they will try to make me pay for upon moving out. My dryer hasn’t been working correctly for over a week, my fire detectors all started going off over a week ago for no reason and no one has come to fix them nor put them back up, all of a sudden we have a pest problem as well and no pest control has come, BUT WE ARE CHARGED FOR THAT! It is complete negligence at this point and for there to have been ANY increase to the rent, their professionalism should have increased with it. There is nothing luxurious about apartments they simply CANT tend to. I have addressed the staff on duty today 8/17/22 (Maria) about all of my concerns. It is unacceptable, and highly suggest anyone looking to keep looking PAST this property."

"I had a great home living experience and would highly recommend Creekstone to anyone. Unfortunately I took a great job opportunity in Dallas and had to move. C/S, maintenance were responsive, the building always smelled, look nice and clean. Office was very professional and responsive. My neighbors were long term tenants and were awesome!"
