"Fantastic place to live for a number of reasons, but the staff is really what sets it apart. They are incredibly helpful and responsive when you reach out to them, and were very quick to help me when my A/C unit went on the fritz. In addition to this, the location is perfectly centralized in the Triangle area, and the amenities provided are both numerous and always well kept. With rent continuing to rise in the area, this complex is not only worth the cost but is even competitive/more appropriately rated compared to some places that are excessively price hiking."

"Is a beautiful Condo. The staff are very nice and friendly and the apartments are very comfortable but there are many things to improve due to the high price. The outside areas at night are very dark because many of the poles are damaged; The cushions in the pool are full of mold, I saw this even though it was summer and I was using the pool; The gym can be improved, although they provide "free" towels and water most of the week they don't have them. It is a nice place to live but for the price they have many things to improve."

"This is the best place I have ever rented. The location is great and the apartments are very comfortable and nice. I have lived here for about 5 years, and I loved it from the very first day. The apartment and the location offer the comfort to people who prefers low noise and a beautiful environment and lake view. The leasing office team is great, friendly, welcoming and very professional. Amy and Joshua are terrific and 24/7 available! Excellent maintenance staff. I have really enjoyed living here and be part of such amazing community!"

"This is probably the nicest apartment complex I have lived in in the Triangle thus far. I have lived hear for about a year. The complex is relatively quiet for being right next to I-40, safe, and there is a nice pond to walk around right behind it. The apartment I live in is fairly spacious, and the countertops are granite, the bathroom is pretty large and I have two huge closets. The best thing, though, is that the complex has good management, which is a rare gem. They're very responsive and their office is open 7 days a week. Any time I ask for repairs (which are usually minor like replacing light bulbs in the high ceilings, or replacing a part in the dish washer) the repairman always comes within a business day."

"Best place I've ever lived at. The grounds are amazing for walking your dog, several ponds, many ducks/ rabbits/ turtles and herons often visit. There is even a waterfall by the unaffiliated office building near the apartment you can walk across and a fountain. Staff, especially the groundskeepers are amazingly friendly and responsive. Truly going to miss this oasis of an apartment complex but had to move for work."
