"We've been here for ten months and just renewed for another year. Really like it, here. The office staff is very helpful and informative with daily (or as needed) information. Maintenance Staff is excellent and very fast to address any needs that you might have. The whole complex is very clean and safe. Everything you'd need with a well maintained pool, fitness room, billiard room and an Amazon locker that's accessible to retrieve packages 24/7. Highly recommend!"

"I loved that my family felt safe in this neighborhood.The office staff was always pretty nice. Mr.Larry is awesome!! Rent is expensive everywhere so when it comes to the complex I think it should be a multiple of things that determine a person not being able to renew their lease not just because they were late a few times, life happens. Even if that’s the case bring the person(s) in an ask them what maybe going on before just saying “we’re not renewing”. That wasn’t a good feeling for our family especially when we just had a newborn!"
