"Better off looking elsewhere. Management doesn’t care if your unit has MOLD. Despite having small children. Water started leaking inside from the ceiling due to the gutters not being cleaned in years. They took their time fixing the leak. Never checked for mold. Simply came in the apartment and painted white spray paint over the water spots on the ceiling. During this time he also informed me of a big hole of the roof. To this day management still hasn’t followed up….ridiculous"

"my daughter has lived there for over a year. they don't care much about the outdoor lighting. the post light hasn't worked since she moved in and the parking lot light comes on then goes right back out. this has also been happening since she moved in. apartment is cute, but security lighting should be addressed. maintenance doesn't note this when on call at night? manager doesn't ever ride through at night noting issues that can't be seen during the day??? someone should get on the ball."

"I have lived here for 2 years and I Love it! It's a quiet community, and I am blessed to have great, friendly neighbors!! The maintenance mgr.(Haywood) is a courteous, kind, and respectful. He gets all the work orders done in a timely, efficient manner. Since the change in the office, Bianca is professional, caring, and listens to tenants concerns. She's made a big difference in the way it was before. The only downside is Tenants cars being towed in the middle of the night. Everyone has circumstances, but your car being towed over a sticker should never be one of them. That's a Towing company that does not care."

"Karen does a great job. She is timely and on top of things. I have never felt unsafe in this area. Great for an affordable apartment. They fix things immediately. The only downside is that it is not close to too many things."
